This Website is owned and operated by Pasteles Bakehouse Australia Pty Ltd, a boutique bakery based in Botany, New South Wales.

2. Orders & Payments
- Orders must be placed by Tuesday 3:00pm for same-week delivery. Orders received after this cut-off may be delivered the following week.
- Deliveries are typically made Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but may vary based on availability and delivery runs.
- Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
- We accept secure online payment methods as listed on our Website.
3. Collection & Delivery
- Orders can be collected from our bakery in Botany, NSW, at an agreed day and time.
- Free delivery is available for orders $250 and over within a 10km radius of our bakery (Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South Sydney, North Sydney & North Shore).
- Deliveries outside Sydney may be arranged upon request; additional charges apply.
- For contactless delivery, please nominate a safe drop-off location. If none is provided, items will be left at the front door.
- While we take care in packaging, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by couriers, postal services, or factors beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
- As most of our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.
- Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or not as described.
